Afterwards, Yarmosh and Zvadskaya, knowing that the work would not be carried out, made another additional agreement. agreement to the contract, the customer increased the advance amount to 191,019,112.80 rubles. The defendants stole this amount. They also transferred at least 51,069,496.90 rubles to the accounts of three companies to “launder” them. The accused did not admit guilt.
